Hi, 大家好 這是第一篇文章呢呵呵 : ) 其實為什麼想開始寫文章呢, 嗯,有一半是因為想靠廣告賺點錢(誤), 另一半是想記錄一下生活, 而且我在上禮拜加入了減肥計劃啊!!! 但我相信有很多人跟我一樣一直在減肥但是卻是減不了肥! 我相信接下來我8個月的計畫,可以幫到你們還有我自已。 我會努力每天把我吃的/喝的/玩的/用的(又歪樓)都打在文章裡面, 但是我會用信箱更新的方式,或許排版會醜醜的:p BTW, 為什麼我選擇去尚營坊? 因為我見到我的朋友吃的很飽很想吐,但卻瘦了20磅(10公斤), 聽起來很多對不對????????我也覺得!! 但其實只需要4個月,一個月瘦5磅,身體可以接受,也不容易復胖, 畢竟已經吸收了營養知識了嘛! 好的,我希望我也可以 XD 我的計畫是由星期四開始,我要努力,加油,大家可以留言一起討論減肥知識啊 :p Hi Everyone, This is my first post :P Okey, Why I start to write a blog? uhm... a half reason is that I want to earn some money from advertising(wrong), another half reason is that I want to record my life!
